1. Account Registration and Subscription

1.1. Account Creation

To access and use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

1.2. Subscription Fees

By subscribing to the Services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as set forth on our website. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

1.3. Credits

Upon successful payment, you will receive credits that can be used to perform automations on the Platform. These credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Use of Credits

2.1. Performing Automations

Credits are required to perform automations on the Platform. Each automation consumes a specific number of credits, as indicated on the Platform.

2.2. Purchasing Additional Credits

If you do not have sufficient credits to perform an automation, you will be unable to initiate the automation until you purchase additional credits.

3. Credit Expiration

3.1. Expiration Period

All credits obtained through subscriptions or in-platform purchases have an expiration period of 60 days from the date of acquisition. Unused credits will automatically expire after the 60-day period, and no refund or compensation will be provided for expired credits.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

4.1. Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

4.2. Prohibited Conduct

You shall not engage in any conduct that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper functioning of the Services or interfere with any other party's use of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by WShorts and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

6.1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WShorts and its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

6.2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WShorts, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, and you must stop using the Services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Poland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
